Modern Indian wear now in reach for the discerning Men of Chandigarh


Chandigarh: TASVA, a premium ethnic menswear brand by Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited (ABFRL) and ace designer Tarun Tahiliani was unveiled today. This is the 20th Tasva store in the country and the first franchise store of the brand in India. Male models showcased the season’s collections at the inauguration.

Located at SCO 202-203-204, Sector 17C, Chandigarh, the TASVA store- with its stately façade and elegant interiors, is the go-to place for high-quality ethnic attire for men at accessible prices for festive occasions and weddings. The new collection for the season showcases a variety of kurtas, bundis, sherwanis, bandhgalas, achkans, churidars, aligarhis. The store is so well designed, the collection is stylish with a wide variety of ethnic wear and accessories for men, and the fabrics and fits are fabulous.

Textile body HEWA thanks PM Modi for back to back decisions to promote Indian Exports

New Delhi : The Home Textile Exporters' Welfare Association (HEWA) whole heartily thanked the Modi Government for giving patient hearing to various woes of Indian Textile exporters that were brought to the cognizance of various ministries and govt departments by HEWA. The Union Minister for Textile & Commerce, Piyush Goel and Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting, Anurag Thakur declared during a press briefing recently that Government of India has approved disbursal of a hefty amount of Rs 56,000 crore arrear to the exporters under various schemes such as MEIS, RoSL, RoSCTL and RoDTEP. The declaration is a very big relief for the entire Export Industry, which includes MEIS worth Rs 33,000 crore, RoSCTL and RoSL worth Rs 5,500 crore and few other schemes aggregating Rs 5,000 crore.
