Imperial Imaging and Intervention Center organises CME On 'Radiological Intervention and Advancements.’

  Chandigarh : Senior members of the National Integrated Medical Association (NIMA) attended a Continuing Medical Education (CME) event organized by the Imperial Imaging and Intervention Center , Chandigarh on the topic of ‘Radiological Intervention and Advancements.’ The CME was graced by Dr. Sanjeev Goyal, Registrar of the Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of Medicine Punjab as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Ravi Doomra, Director, Ayurveda, Punjab, as the Guest of Honour. Dr RP Gaba, Patron of NIMA, served as the coordinator for the event. The experts deliberated upon different aspects of radiological intervention in treating various diseases. The latest interventions and advancements in radiology were discussed extensively during the CME. Topics raised included the PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment for knee osteoarthritis, liver abscess drainage, and FNAC or Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology - a diagnostic procedure used to investigate the body's lumps or masses, among others....

Dev Samaj School students shine in CBSE Class 10th & 12th result

Chandigarh:  Harshita Joshi, a commerce student of  I S Dev Samaj  Senior Secondary School, Sector 21 Chandigarh scored an inspiring 93.8 percent in the CBSE Class 12 th  results declared recently. Khusleen Kaur, a Class 12 th  student scored 93.6 percent in the commerce stream.  Himani Thakur, a medical student of Dev Samaj School scored 90.8 percent, while Saurabh Kushwaha, a non-medical student scored 91.8 percent and Shivanshi Verma scored 88.4 percent in the arts stream. Meanwhile, in the   CBSE Class 10 th  result Priyanshu scored 95.8 percent. Samanpreet Kaur scored 90.2 percent, while Harnoor Kaur and Rhythm Sikka scored 89.8 percent in CBSE Class 10th results declared recently.    

Comedian Bharti Singh visits HIIMS for her mother’s kidney treatment

  Chandigarh: Renowned standup comedian Bharti Singh, who hails from Amritsar, visited HIIMS (Hospital & Institute of Integrated Medical Sciences) to get her mother and mother-in-law treated, where both are undergoing treatment for kidney diseases through Naturopathy. Mahamrityunjaya recitation, Yagya held at Shuddhi Ayurveda & HIIMS

Chandigarh :  Free medical camps were organized at more than 150 Shuddhi Ayurveda Centers across India to mark the birthday of renowned Ayurveda and Nature Cure specialist Guru Manish, the founder of HIIMS (Hospital & Institute of Integrated Medical Sciences) and Shuddhi Ayurveda. But the depth of this situation can only be understood by one when they face a similar situation. I never really understood the pain that this deadly virus was causing to people. But the past 50 days showed me the devastation of families going through this pandemic. I went through similar tension, pain and panic when my father got hospitalized for getting infected by this virus in the second wave. This Father's Day (20 June 2021) is the most special one for me.
