GAIL (India) Limited celebrated International Yoga Day through a series of activities encouraging its employees and social media followers to adopt yoga in their daily routines as it provides a perfect antidote to the pandemic induced stress and physical activity during testing times. The theme this year, "Yoga for Wellness", is very appropriate at a time when the Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted lives across the world and Yoga can help cope with anxiety disorder.
