Over 100 HR professionals attend regional conference on labour laws

Chandigarh : NIPM -National Institute of Personnel Management (Punjab Chapter), a Not-for-profit premier body dedicated to the development of Human Resource (HR) professionals, organized a day Workshop on “Statutory compliances under Labour legislation covering new Labour codes & Misconduct in employment and disciplinary procedures”, at PHD Chamber House, Chandigarh . The objective of the program was to provide a platform for HR professionals to interact with Central and State government authorities seeking clarifications and preparing for the hassle-free implementation of New Labour Codes as and when the Government announced its implementation.
