Niraj Bhasin, MD, Betasys Healthcare: Ayurvedic medicines are poor in taste. We have changed this thinking!

One company which has changed this thinking, is Betasys Healthcare Private Limited (BHPL). The Mohali (Punjab) based company has been offering a vast range of medicines and products, which are not only highly effective but good in taste also. The company has been supporting the Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Vocal for Local mission of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by promoting Ayurveda. It is keen to popularize the age-old herbs-based desi pathy, which is gaining greater acceptance after the COVID pandemic. 'Ayurveda ko hai ab ghar ghar pahunchana' initiative launched

Chandigarh: Shuddhi Ayurveda, a Zirakpur based wellness company, has launched a ‘Right to Health Campaign’ which would continue for next six months. It’s founder, Acharya Manish has been propagating Ayurveda since 1997. The campaign's tagline has been innovatively coined as 'Ayurveda ko hai ab ghar ghar pahunchana. Ayurveda consultant Dr Geetika Chaudhary and Dr Suyash Pratap Singh were also present at the launch function, held at Chandigarh Press Club. The campaign also want to bring into focus Article 21 of the Constitution, which guarantees protection of life and personal liberty to every citizen. The Supreme Court has also held that the rights enshrined in Article 21 are derived from the directive principles of state policy and therefore includes the 'protection of health'. Ayanna Jain pays tribute to Covid Warriors through her songs

  Chandigarh : Ayanna Jain, a ten-year-old class 5th student of Strawberry Fields High School , has shown maturity beyond her age, by using her passion for music as a tool to spread awareness about mental health and other social issues, on her YouTube channel - YannaRocks ! Ayanna has recently given a tribute to all Covid Warriors by singing two very hummable songs, 'Another Day in Paradise ' by Phil Collins and 'Heal The World' by Michael Jackson. Her sensitivity towards different issues at such a young age comes from her elder sister Ananya, who she admires and considers as a role model. Ananya who is pursuing her studies in the US , has created a Mental Health App for which she has been featured in Forbes magazine too. United We Play Masterclass : digital programme launched

Chandigarh: Apollo Tyres, the Global Tyre Partner to Manchester United Football Club, launched the ‘United We Play Masterclass’ programme, to provide a platform for young footballing talent. This programme will be conducted digitally and will be led by Manchester United Soccer School (MUSS) coaches. This digital programme, for footballers under the age of 16, will include an interactive training session and an informative session for each player. The interactive training session, which will open the doors for a limited 60 players in each of its four sessions, will weigh on the physical and technical development of the players. Two out of the four sessions are to be conducted on December 7 and 9, while the remaining two will be held in January. The informative session will see 300 participants, including parents, over two sessions – one on December 11 and one in January, and will focus on the nutritional, psychological and tactical development.
