Chandigarh :   A first of its kind International High Street ' Oxford Street ' unveiled by tricity's well known real estate conglomerate - Royale Estate Group, at a press meet held here is all set to redefine customers' experience. The formal unveiling of ' Oxford Street ' was done by starting the process of handing over keys to the owners by the directors of Royale Estate Group. The stunning ‘British style' Oxford Street is spread over 4.5 acres of land. Addressing the media, Neeraj Kansal, Director of Royale Estate Group said, “This is the first time that the International High Street concept has been brought to the region. The project is meticulously planned, and has the biggest highway front in Zirakpur.   Meet, 45-year old Raman Kapur a well-established corporate executive who lives with his family in Delhi and recently decided to move out of the capital and relocate both his business and home in the Chandigarh capital region. He has bought an industrial plot in Chandigarh and a villa home in Mohali. "The second wave of COVID hit Delhi hard and me and my family were unhappy with the way things were getting out of hand. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable.  So I decided to move my parents and my grandmother immediately to Mohali. This volatile situation ignited me to look for options of living outside Delhi . I was also quite perturbed with the choking of Delhi due to multiple reasons like population growth, traffic and noise hazards  and declining quality of life.   Kolkata : Biswarup Karmakar from village Maliara in Bankura district of West Bengal has made a record in creating maximum items with hay. The achievement will be featured in the upcoming issue of the India Book of Records (IBR). Biswarup got inspired by his friend who is also an artist to do something unique and practiced for two to three hours a day before attempting for the record. He says, “In the beginning I had a fear that I would not be able to make the record perfectly, when I finished the task well, it made me proud of myself and my capabilities.” When asked about the hardships in attempting the record, Biswarup said, “The main challenge was how to cut and iron the raw material. Initially it was tough to create the desired items in a set time frame, but ultimately it happened.” As soon I got the news of my selection by the IBR team, I felt myself on the seventh sky.
