We present here a brief interview with Tushar Agarwal:

Who all are involved with the anthem song of असली Rapstar?

All the Judges of असली Rapstar and our team at Pearl Talent Management are involved in the making of the anthem song, which is written and composed by RcR, Agsy, IshQ Bector and the music is given DJ Rink.

What did you think while finalising the judges?

We’re lucky enough to have them on board and as I know, they are the best so our first choice was these three and we got them.

Please tell something about the judges of Asli Rapstar?

They are the finest artists who provided us full support from start to end. They are working for Asli Rapstar as a family. RcR is the kind of heart with his work and talent. Agsy is super amazing with her talent and promoting female hip-hop, while Ishq is the legend, as he was the one who started Hip hop culture in India. They are the Best.

How is Asli Rapstar going to benefit upcoming talent?

You need a platform, you need a mentor and you need challenges to be successful and grow. All these things are necessary and Asli Rapstar is gonna do exactly the same. Provide platform, mentor and challenge their skills at each step to improve them.

Where do you see Asli Rapstar in the next two years?

For now, it’s a dream going in the right direction, if everything goes as it is going right now. Who knows, it could be one of the biggest talent hunt shows in India or may be all over the world.

Are there any other similar shows in the pipeline?

Element of surprise is always healthy, so yeah, all I could say is we’ll never stop giving our audience something to look forward to.

Do you think hard work and talent are the mantras for success?

Everyone is born with some set of skills and some talent they discover with time. The only difference between a successful and unsuccessful talent is the right amount of work, the effort you put in to improve yourself, improve your skills and  you have to decide how much work is enough for your cause. The most talented people are the ones who work hardest on their craft.

What do you have to say about the entries received?

We are happy with the response. If at the end of the day we are able to find and help that one deserving artist, that’s what we want to achieve and help that talent, nurture him and then we know for sure, our show is successful for us.

What is the criteria for the participants to move forward to the next round of selections?

We have left the decision of selections on the judges, as they know how to choose the best people. They looked into each and every audition and other round videos to choose the best and not to leave the deserving ones.

What is your take on the current and future hip hop scene?

Currently Hip hop is the fastest growing culture and everyone is loving it. I am sure it would be a demanding culture in the world very soon.
