The crisp way to kick start your day

Start your day with lukewarm water. You can also add some lemon zest and ginger zest in it. It helps in the detoxification of body.

Instant remedies to boost your immune system

Take some Basil leaves (Tulsi) and black pepper. Soak them in water overnight. Consume it the next morning by warming it. 

Take a pinch of turmeric, pinch black pepper and 1 tsp of virgin coconut oil with warm milk.

Importance of yoga 

For a stress free life, one must practice Sun salutations which are Suryanamskaar and Shavasana. They are both easy to practice and have good results in keeping our mind and body fit and healthy.  

Start by practicing Shavasana or Balasana first, as it can sustain and last for long course of time. Then move on to advanced asanas of yoga to make it a healthy lifestyle routine. Practicing yoga asanas increase the secretion of serotonin, which raises the level of dopamine (happy emotions).

Some benefits of yoga asanas are

- Balances blood pressure 
- Balances blood sugar levels 
- Reduces anxiety levels
- Sound sleep
- Boosts Immune power

Dr Laxman Singh failed repeatedly before cracking UGC NET multiple times

Muzaffar Nagar:   Dr. Laxman Singh of Muzaffar Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) has got appreciation from the India Book of Records (IBR) on qualifying UGC-NET exam six times.
