There is a good news for those who want to settle down in America along with their family and also own property there by investing some money in employment generating US ventures. A guidance meet up regarding this, will take place on July 16 and 17 at Hotel Taj Chandigarh in Sector 17.

USCIS requires that EB-5 investments must result in creation of 10 full-time jobs for US workers. These jobs must be created within two years period after the investor has received their conditional permanent residency.

A Green Card entitles you to a legal permanent residency in US. As an investor under EB-5 programme, spouse and unmarried children under 21-years age are also eligible to acquire PR in the USA under the same EB-5 application (through only one investment of 5 or 10 lac US Dollars as applicable).

“As a PR, you can live, work and own property and your children can attend schools anywhere in the US. You also get competitive returns on investment,” added Jagdev, who is also the co-founder and managing partner, Optimal Capital Group (OCG).
