  Panchkula: A unique and special food fiesta based on the famous culinary favourite of fish aficionados - 'Trout' has kick-started at Welcomhotel Bella Vista in Sector 5, Panchkula. The fiesta - 'Himalayan Trout Escapade’ will be on till March 15, 2021. Offering the freshest of the catch, the festival has brought trout fish on the platter from the rivers of the Himalayas . New Delhi: The record for being the first to travel to all the five Takhts of Sikhism on a motorcycle is set by Abhijit Singh Kohli from Panvel, Navi-Mumbai, Maharashtra . He travelled to all the five Takhts of Sikhism – ‘Sachkhand Shri Hazur Sahib, Nanded’, ‘Shri Harmandir Sahib, Patna’, Shri Keshgarh Sahib Gurudwara, Anandpur’, ‘Akal Takht – Golden Temple, Amritsar’ and ‘Shri Damdama Sahib Gurudwara, Bathinda (Punjab)’, covering a total distance of 5,436 km. Abhijit Singh Kohli, born on September 11 th , 1988, began the journey on October 25 th , 2020 from Navi Mumbai and returned on November 11 th , 2020. The record for being the youngest patent holder was set by Hridayeshwar Singh Bhati (born on September 3, 2002) of Jaipur, Rajasthan. He invented a six-player Circular Chess Board, for which he received the patent on July 26, 2011 (Design no. 238319), at the age of 8 years, 10 months and 23 days, as confirmed on December 28, 2020. Hridayeshwar Singh Bhati is an "Amazing Youth from Jaipur" and 'Gem of Rajasthan'. He said, “Bringing pride for my country is the greatest inspiration in my case.
